Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to make it right.

RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, no questions asked. Your return shipment must be sent back to us within this 14-day period.

RETURN CONDITIONS: 

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original, resaleable condition
  • Returned with all tags still attached

Refund to Original Payment Method

Once your return is received at our warehouse, we'll process it within 10 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or style.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTED ITEMS: 

Received something not quite right? Contact us straight away and our team will assess your request and find the best solution for you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Underwear and socks
    • Perfumes without an intact original seal
    • Items marked as Final Sale
    • Items returned outside the 14-day window
    • Items returned worn or damaged without prior disclosure to our team

    Please note: any return received in an unacceptable condition without prior communication will be rejected and the item destroyed.

    RETURN COSTS: 

    Return shipping is at your own cost and varies depending on your courier and country. We are not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes incurred on returned parcels.

    Please retain your proof of shipment and tracking information until your return has been confirmed as received. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost without tracking evidence.
